Individual Counselling

Individual counselling, also known as “Psychotherapy” or “counselling” is a process through which clients work one on one with a trained therapist. The therapy set up is completely confidential, with non- non-judgmental & caring attitude of the therapist. Together, the client & therapist explore the client’s feelings, beliefs or behaviours, and help him/ her modify them for a happier life. People seek therapy for a wide variety of reasons, it can be summed up in 3 Ds:

  1.       Development – To increase your productivity at work and at home, to build confidence & bring out best in you.
  2.       Distress – To manage stressful situations, unhealthy emotions like anger, guilt, anxiety etc.
  3.       Disorder – To learn effective techniques for managing disorders like depression, anxiety disorders, OCD, schizophrenia etc.
